RNAxis is an early-stage biotechnology company developing programmable RNA medicines to direct T-cell fate. Our platform identifies regulatory RNAs that help control T-cell activation, differentiation and function, and uses sequence-specific antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) to target these regulatory programs. By enabling a new layer of control over T-cell state, RNAxis aims to improve engineered T-cell therapies and unlock broader applications across cancer, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, and other areas of immune medicine.
