Rmada is passionate about applying the principles of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and managing the consequences of failure. We enjoy the challenge of producing cost effective maintenance strategies that ensure equipment and plant continue to meet customers requirements. We understand the need for an auditable process that produces safe and defensible maintenance in order to reduce associated risks. Understanding that there may be a downside to applying manufacturers recommended maintenance or indeed any maintenance strategy, is key to optimising plant availability. The techniques and processes we have developed can be applied across most industries to achieve realistic savings by reducing the through life cost of plant ownership.
