RLSherman Consulting Information

I launched RLSherman Consulting in 2013, after more than 15 years as a human resources director. Having worked for a Software-as-a-Service company, for law firms (both large and not-as-large), and even in the wild world of experiential marketing, I bring a broad spectrum of experience to my clients. Although my work has spanned all areas of human resources, I have a particular love for recruiting. I work with organizations to learn their needs: the tactical, “how-does-this-get-done” stuff; and the less tangible, “what sort of sandbox is this and who would love to play in it” stuff. Then I find the people who belong there. My role is part explorer and part guide. My work is focused in three areas all of which are designed to help the human part of running a business easier, more effective, and generally nifty.
