RLM Architects, based in Wimborne, is a Chartered RIBA and RICS registered practice and was founded in 1946. A wide range of professional services are available. Standard Architect’s Services: Preliminary advice, brief writing and preparation, feasibility study, outline scheme design, detailed scheme design, application for Planning and Building Regulation Approval, detailed design and working drawings, specification writing, tender invitations and reports, contract management and administration and site inspections. Specialist Services: Cost reports, project management, quantity surveying, conservation advice, Listed buildings and applications, condition surveys, employer’s agent, sketch designs and illustrations including interiors, presentation work and illustrations, design and build schemes and partnering schemes. Our Client base includes; commercial and industrial, healthcare, churches and community, historic buildings and residential. Our Managing Director, Keith Loveless (BA BArch(L’pool) RIBA) has over 30 years’ experience in conservation, historic and Listed buildings and looks after over 40 churches in Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Our Finance Director, Paul Hougham (BSc (Hons) MRICS), has been a Chartered Quantity Surveyor for over 20 years and offers independent and in-house quantity surveying service to our Clients in addition to project management. Our Technical Director, Roy Brammer (C.Build E, MCABE, ACIAT), has over 25 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist and project manager, specialising in; healthcare refurbishment and new builds, commercial and industrial developments and luxury housing developments.
