RKTIC Information

In response to a rapidly changing climate, RKTIC explores extreme normals, operating across concept, research, design and storytelling within extreme environments. The practice spans world-building, ethnographic research and product direction, exploring and collaborating with communities operating under physical and environmental pressure, from mountain porters to endurance athletes. Moving between film, product and field research, RKTIC documents the rituals, systems and behaviours that shape performance, translating real-world insight into material exploration, product concepts and cultural narratives. The work allows research to breathe through lived experience, connecting observation, creation and expression.
