R.K.Tantry & Co. Information

Almost four decades ago, a husband-wife duo—both passionate Chartered Accountants—set out with a vision: to redefine financial excellence and empower businesses. Armed with precision, determination, and an unshakable belief in the power of numbers, they built more than a firm—they built a legacy. From Humble Beginnings to Trusted Partnerships What started as a small practice has grown into a leading financial powerhouse, serving industries like steel, packaging, IT, construction, real estate, oil & gas, healthcare, gems & jewelry, manufacturing, education & training, and more. But beyond numbers and industries, our biggest achievement is relationships. Many of our clients who joined us nearly 40 years ago are still with us today—growing, evolving, and succeeding together. Their trust fuels our passion. At R.K.Tantry & Co, we believe in partnerships, not transactions. Your success is ours, and we’re committed to navigating every challenge and opportunity with you. Blending Tradition with Innovation Our expertise spans Audit & Assurance, Taxation & Regulatory, Consultancy, Corporate Governance & Secretarial, and Accounting & Business Solutions. But we don’t just follow traditional methods—we innovate. By integrating emerging technologies and modern software, we deliver seamless, data-driven, and forward-thinking financial solutions. Because true excellence isn’t just about expertise—it’s about staying ahead. A Team That Grows Together Our strength? Our people. At R.K.Tantry & Co, learning isn’t encouraged—it’s a way of life. We foster curiosity, much like a child who constantly questions and seeks answers. This culture of continuous learning fuels both personal and firm-wide growth. As a firm on the rise in Bangalore, we’re always looking for fresh talent—young minds who bring energy, new perspectives, and the drive to keep us moving forward. If you’re eager to learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you!
