I'm a tennis coach, but I also coach championship divers. And I've learned this: If you hesitate in diving, you could seriously injure yourself. You have to be fearless. In my tennis boot camps, I motivate you to hit ALL OUT. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner, or a high level match player. Because you know you've said it. "Why didn't I JUST HIT THAT BALL!!" I could have won that point! Here, I want you to HIT THAT BALL! It is much easier to learn to control the power you have, than to will yourself in the midst of a match to go from timid, to powerful. If you start timid, you stay timid. So start strong. Stay strong. LOSE THE DOUBT. LOSE THE FEAR. ACQUIRE BELIEF. That's what my boot camps are all about. People don't come to the RJT clinics to do what they already know how to do. They come to work to close the gap from where their tennis game is today to where they would like to see their tennis game tomorrow. When everyone is working hard towards a common goal, it's not only physically exhilarating, but it's also emotionally and intellectually stimulating when you see people playing out of their minds!
