RJ Baxter Information

For more than 15 years, RJ Baxter has dedicated his career in the mortgage industry to building positive relationships with home buyers, home owners, and realtors along with title companies and appraisers. From teacher to mortgage banker, RJ has developed a client-for-life philosophy incorporating his life experiences and core values to his role in the mortgage industry. His experiences give him the ability to help his clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire loan process. While striving for an experience that far exceeds his clients' expectations, RJ believes each client remains a client for life. RJ's job only begins when his clients' transactions are complete because he believes it is his professional responsibility to help his clients manage their mortgage and take advantage of opportunities that may help them achieve their financial goals. After growing up in Cedar Rapids and graduating from the University of Iowa, RJ traveled around the world. He played professional paintball in Denmark and taught English in Honduras. He also spent a winter in Taos, NM before settling down in Colorado. He now lives in Evergreen with his wife and two children while enjoying hiking, camping, snowboarding, mountain biking, and disc golf.
