Like any other skill, singing is also learnable and requires instant, actionable feedback. Just a meagre 15% of learners have it today via a teacher. Riyaz exists to fix this. Riyaz is the flagship product of MusicMuni Labs Private Limited - a technology company focusing on building solutions in the space of music education and infotainment. MusicMuni is a spinoff from the pioneering research group in the domain of Music Information Research – Music Technology Group, Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain. We work towards this by catalyzing and scaling music education and infotainment domains by making music learning content accessible and affordable to everyone in the world. We believe the only possibility is to have a synergy between pedagogical knowledge and artificial intelligence, with a particular emphasis on building a massive catalog of learnable content, learner engagement, and automated evaluation during un-guided music practice.
