Rivitt was acquired in 2026. Rivitt was a technology-enabled energy-services company that turned real-time machine data into decision-ready value for heavy industry. We paired field services with our own software platform — instrumenting active worksites, automating what had been manual, and putting clean, trustworthy data directly into our customers' hands. What set us apart was owning the full path from the field to the decision. We built a first-of-its-kind wireless "kinetic" data mesh that moved real-time operational data across constantly-relocating worksites with no fixed infrastructure. We automated on-location service lines with programmable, sensor-driven control, replacing manual intervention. And we protected data integrity with a two-tier edge-and-central machine-learning pipeline that caught and corrected messy vendor data at the source — then tagged and structured it in-stream so it was immediately usable by ML and AI systems, and delivered it into customer-owned data lakes. We built for the reality of the work. Rivitt delivered 70+ projects across 7 states for Tier-1 operators, and partnered with a leading enterprise analytics platform to bring out-of-the-box industrial analytics to the sector. Bootstrapped and profitable, Rivitt scaled on the strength of its technology and its customer relationships, culminating in a strategic acquisition in 2026.
