The New England Center for Children (NECC) is a private, nonprofit center for autism treatment, education, and research with a global presence. We are dedicated to our mission: to empower those with autism through comprehensive care, education, and research. NECC provides a comprehensive structure to help children with autism at every stage: day and residential programs; partner classrooms in public school systems; consulting services; ABA curriculum software for schools and organizations; and ongoing research on educational best practices.

We believe dyslexia allows children to see the world differently. And we love that. In fact, we’ve created an entire curriculum, teaching mindset, and community to support each child’s unique perspective. The results are astounding. Located in Lincoln, Waltham and Wayland, Massachusetts, Carroll School is a dynamic independent day school for elementary and middle school students who have been diagnosed with specific learning difficulties in reading and writing, such as dyslexia. Working together as a community, teachers empower students to become confident lifelong learners. Small, supportive classrooms allows educators to foster self-confidence, resilience, and meet the academic needs for each child. The school is committed to providing development opportunities that give teachers the professional tools and resources to ensure their success in the classroom.

At Summit, each student has a voice that matters and finds joy in their educational journey. Our students learn by doing. They gain mastery of skills by solving real-world dilemmas in preparation for a future world we cannot predict. Our mission remains: Summit School provides a challenging curriculum within a caring environment to help students develop their full potential. Summit is accredited by NAIS and SAIS, with a total enrollment of 565 girls and boys Eaglets (three-year-olds) through Grade 9.
