The Sherando Band Booster Association is dedicated to supporting excellence in all musical and education forms through fundraising and volunteerism. We believe band combines the best of music, art, athleticism, dedication, and maturity while still having fun. Our goals are to support: Music Education, Performance, Experiential Learning, and Healthy Competition.
East Coweta High School provides classrooms for students attending 9th - 12th. Approximately 112 teachers teach the schools curriculum to 1969 students. Five hundred and sixty seven students attend the 9th grade; Five hundred and sixty five students attend the 10th grade; Four hundred and sixty six students attend the 11th grade; Three hundred and seventy one students attend the 12th grade. East Duplin High School has a Teacher Student Ratio of 1:18 and has the following ethnic background: Asian 1%, Hispanic 4%, Black 25%, and White 70%.
