RiverOne, Inc. was an early SaaS company providing supply chain management software and services for trading partners across distributed electronics industry supply chains. RiverOne's customers included OEMs, EMS companies and component suppliers that accounted for more than 25% of global outsourced manufacturing - including Acer, Flextronics and Solectron. The company's INTERACTIVE software solution enabled business processes across the "inter-enterprise" delivering integrated execution, planning, and metrics through a single business application for structured collaboration 'outside the four walls.' Only RiverOne fostered supply chain intimacy by enabling organizations to define and drive their supply chain operations partner-by-partner, and program-by-program. RiverOne, Inc. was created by the merger of Efinity (founded in 1999) and Need2Buy Inc. in November 2001. As of February 21, 2006, RiverOne operated as a subsidiary of i2 Technologies, Inc based in Irvine, California.
