River Oaks Academy Charter School. We are a personalized learning program that serves TK-12th grade students by offering a passion-powered independent study program. Our program recognizes the importance of delivery a personalized learning approach. ROA is founded on the belief that all children are born with the capacity of brilliance. We also offer a work-based learning experience, career pathway program, that allows our students in high school to choose from a variety of graduations paths and aligns the coursework with a career pathway.
