Ark is an education charity that works to make sure that all children, regardless of their background, have access to a great education and real choices in life. Ark serves over 30,000 students across 39 schools in Birmingham, Hastings, London and Portsmouth. Over the past two decades, Ark has incubated more than 20 ventures and helped to develop seven more. These ventures continue to operate independently, working globally to impact 45 million children every year.

The Harris Federation Teaching School Alliance is the professional development centre for the Harris Federation. We provide high-quality training that is facilitated by experienced school leaders, who have exemplary records in leading successful school improvement, and improving outcomes for their students. Our highly practical training and support programmes are available to all schools and academies, not just to Harris Federation staff. The Harris Federation has a proven track record of transforming underperformance rapidly, with 20 of our secondary academies all rated as 'good' or 'outstanding' and 75% rated 'outstanding' (Ofsted). The success we have had so far is a direct result of the talented and dedicated teachers, support staff and leadership teams we have in our Academies.
