River City FC Information

River City FC is a greater Grand Rapids soccer club offering soccer programs for players ages 3-15. RCFC is split up into three programs, Little Rascals (ages 3-6), River City Rascals (ages 7-12), and River City Revolution (ages 13 and up). RCFC's mission statement is to positively impact the lives of children and families by providing educational programs that build Character, develop Capability, and strengthen our Community – ALL through the game of soccer. RCFC's vision is a Grand Rapids community where soccer is accessible to everyone. What started as a soccer club focused on skills and fun in 2013 turned into a competitive soccer club offering year-round programs for almost 500 players per year. Further explanation of our mission statement: Capability- We want our kids to excel at the game of soccer. Our experienced and engaged coaching staff challenges kids to learn skills and reach their full potential. We use sport to promote a fun, healthy, and active lifestyle for all of our players and families. We enjoy competing, but it's not what defines us. Character-We instill a set of #BeyondTheField Core Values into our coaching curriculum to teach valuable life lessons, on and off the field. Through our programs, we empower Rascals to develop life skills and character attributes that will serve them in their lives and their community. Community- River City FC seeks to utilize the universal game of soccer to serve the Greater Grand Rapids community. We foster a friendly environment where every child and family can flourish.
