Ritualize Information

At Ritualize we work directly with businesses, third party insurers and health providers to make a real difference to peoples’ lives. Ritualize is an integrated physical and mental wellbeing and performance program that tackles motivation, mindset, nutrition, sleep, physical exercise, social connectedness and most of all, behaviour change. A key factor for success is the 80/20 principle (whereby 80% of the time you focus on eating clean, healthy foods and living a healthy, active lifestyle, while 20% of the time you have the freedom to indulge and relax as you please). The program helps participants create wellbeing goals that are broken down into small, achievable steps – known as rituals. It then provides tools, resources and activities to improve wellbeing in a sustainable manner.
