Ritea is a small consultancy company highly specialized in working within the following fields: Product development, design, mold design for injection molding and also simulation of the injection molding process (i.e. “Moldflow” simulations). We work mostly with medical devices but also with other plastic/silicone products We have nearly 40 years of experience in the molding and tool-making business and a long chain of satisfied customers. We are often a part in bigger projects but can also be helpful with just a “second opinion” to other colleagues in the business. We specialize in “debugging” for optimization of parts for injection molding and use our expertise in tool making and molding to assure a good result, a small change in design can improve the yield and outcome greatly. We limit ourselves to work only with projects related to polymers and injection molding. A network is established with key persons in the business primarily locally (in Sweden) and we know the right people that we can recommend for prototyping, manufacturing, testing and so on.
