Ritcon Training Information

RITcon Training is dedicated to the advancement of knowledge in the property damage restoration industry. We offer many classes which include IICRC and IOTC certifications, continuing education, insurance CEC credits, custom hands on training and private training at your facility as well as classes at our Winchester, VA Training center. The training center was built to offer the MOST comprehensive hands on training in the country. RITcon Disaster Services was formed with over 25 years of industry experience by Ken Sellers. RITcon provides a variety of property damage restoration, mitigation, remediation and estimating services. Our consulting and project management associates have over 100 years of cumulative industry experience ranging from large loss water mitigation, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, document review and expert witness services. Additionally, our project management team can manage both small and large construction rebuilds as well as estimate review and budgeting.
