Ritchie & Castellan commenced in operating July 2004 in the Norwest Business Park in Sydney, Australia. Its solicitors have in excess of 100 years of local government, planning and environmental legal experience between them. It is our policy and core principle when acting for a client, that legal services should be offered which are impartial and independent. Those legal services should meet the changing needs and demands of the client and the environment in which it operates. We are essentially a local government, town planning and environmental law practice which services the needs of wide variety of clients from local government authorities through to private developers. In addition, we also provide our clients with legal services on all forms of property matters, general litigation and probate matters.
