RITALKA provides both companies with shared resources, including Human Resources, Finance, IT, Quality, Safety, and Facilities Management. SpecSys, Inc. has been providing Contract Engineering, Project Management, Specialty and Volume Manufacturing services for over 18 years. RVI, Inc. has over 25 years of experience as a full service provider of electronic repair, test, and intelligent inventory (logistics) management.
