Risk Talent runs executive searches for chief risk officers, heads of risk, risk committee chairs and NEDs, usually retained and exclusive, and specialises in the senior and hard-to-fill roles. Risk Advisory offers two things. Advice is judgement, and you keep the pen. Consulting is delivery: we write it and hand it over. Current work centres on Basel 3.1, in force in the UK from 1 January 2027 under the PRA's PS1/26, and on ICAAP, ILAAP and recovery planning. Risk Education runs in-house and white-label risk training, taught by practitioners who have done the work in front of a regulator.
