Riselabs started with the slogan "software to solve everything". Ambitious, and looking back a little grandiose, but that was truly how we saw technology: problems could be solved, and people's lives could be easier. So we built. For over a decade we made the tools businesses were missing: digital paperwork for hundreds of fibre-optic engineers, an idea platform for Anglian Water, an e-commerce rebuild wrangling a 2.6 million product database, document tools for accountants. Businesses buried in admin, given their time back. And every project taught us the same quiet lesson. Underneath each one sat years of customer, member or donor data, collected faithfully and hardly ever used. We were being paid to build software, and we kept finding gold. That lesson became the business. Today Riselabs works with businesses and charities to put that stored-up data to work. We take the lot, wherever it lives (a CRM, a spreadsheet, a system nobody loves), clean it, enrich it and mine it - then hand back answers to questions with actions to take. Done for you, with very little needed from your side, and better every time we run it. All roads lead back to the data!
