For After Sales / Services Operations, three different Services are available: - RISEup, intended for those looking to take their first steps in the pathway to successful service business - RISEabove, intended for those who have already established service operations but need to level up to meet/exceed customer expectations - RISEbeyond, totally customized service for any need the earlier packages do not meet For Manufacturing Operations, a service is always tailored based on client needs. - TailoRISE, case specific service, made to meet clients needs and objectives Each service contains as minimum a situation and market assessment, drafting of action plan, and follow-up all in cooperation with the client. Depending on the service, the role may vary from pure consultancy to more active project/program management with more hands-on tasks.
