Rise Park Surgery Information

Rise Park Surgery serves the whole of Rise Park as well as areas of Top Valley and Bestwood Village. Our team includes eight GPs, two nurses, one senior health care assistant, three phlebotomists as well as our Business Manager, Patient Services Manager, administration and reception staff. We offer a full general practice service and run specialist clinics for children and pregnant women, diabetes and asthma sufferers and for patients needing minor surgery. At Rise Park Surgery, we aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. Rise Park Surgery are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer patients the ability to order repeat prescriptions via this website as well as booking appointments on line and view your summary record. To register for the website please bring one form of photo ID (i.e. passport, driving license) and one utility bill showing your current address (no more than 6 months old) and reception will provide you with a user name and password. We want all our patients to be able to get through when they need to and avoid the frustration of an engaged telephone line! We therefore ask that unless your problem is urgent and you need an appointment that morning please phone after 11:00am.
