Rise Fitness Information

Rise Fitness was founded in 2013 with the idea that health and fitness spaces in residential buildings no longer have to be where investments go to die a slow death. For too long, condominiums and apartment buildings have believed that large investments every 3-5 years is the best way to upkeep these spaces. We're here to change that thinking. With fitness concepts and methods developing at what seems like a daily pace, Rise Fitness provides residents of multi-unit residential buildings with services in health and fitness while working with building management to keep them abreast on how best to reinvest in their health and fitness spaces. Moreover, we don't charge the building for our consulting, instead providing this as a value-add for the buildings we work with.
