Crisis Management Consulting is a small consulting firm established by Jan Decker in 1997. In 2000 the company was formalized into a corporation in the State of Washington in order to management larger contracts, sales of software and services, and employees and subcontractors. In 2010, the company was restructured back to a sole proprietorship to provide 1099 services direct to clients and as subcontractor team members to other firms. Jan Decker also provides sales and services of e-INFOman products with the NohBell Corporation in Bellevue WA and co-produces video training products for the High Note Video Productions label.
