Think retail sales associates, field sales people, fast food workers, car dealers, bank tellers, flight attendants. From their tablets, phones, or headsets, our software records their conversations, it transcribes them into text, and uses AI to capture insights that help them improve their customer service and their sales. We are on a mission to bring speech analytics to the 85% of commerce that still happens offline today.
