Over the past 25+ years, I have combined corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and executive advisory across technology, healthcare and consumer markets. As a member of executive leadership teams and managing boards, I have been responsible for strategy, P&L, organizational transformation and stakeholder management, including the shift of Unite-X from project-based delivery to a scalable subscription model, and earlier healthcare account leadership at Raet and LogicaCMG. Alongside my corporate career, I founded and built RijnWeb, IMPERIO Cosmetics and Ted Hilley International, taking full P&L and shareholder responsibility for strategy, product development and international growth. This entrepreneurial experience has sharpened my ability to combine long-term strategic thinking with hands-on execution and commercial decision-making. Healthcare has been a recurring thread throughout my career: working with hospitals and university medical centers on strategic and organizational development. This has given me a strong appreciation for governance, stakeholder management and value creation in complex, regulated environments. Since 2015, I have also advised CEOs and leadership teams through RijnWeb on strategy, organizational development and interim management, alongside my entrepreneurial activities. Focused on contributing to Supervisory Boards (RvC and RvT), executive advisory and organizational development.
