RightsGrid helps HOA boards and community managers create clear, board-approved policies and manager-run workflows for drone, inspection, maintenance, and approved vendor activity. Phase 1 is focused on a simple problem: communities increasingly face questions about drone and autonomous activity, but most do not have a clear process for requests, notices, compliance checks, approvals, and retained records. RightsGrid provides a practical workflow layer so communities can: • define a default policy before disputes happen • manage approved inspection and vendor activity more clearly • support resident notice and communication • retain approval and compliance records in one place We are not trying to replace HOA systems or invent legal authority through software. Our approach is service-led, draft-first, and operationally grounded: board-approved, manager-run. Longer term, RightsGrid is building toward a broader rights infrastructure layer for an autonomous world, where property, governance, and machine activity can work together with more clarity, trust, and accountability.
