RightClickFix was the brain child of a Technical Manager and an IT sales guru, both of which were employed at a very well established IT company. They then started RightClickFix to rival the current employer, because they were not happy with the general direction that the current employer was heading. In essence they wanted to right all the wrongs that exists in abundance with the way current IT service companies conduct business and exploit employees as well as clients.
