Right Impact Information

Right Impact is a learning and development company based in Singapore, founded in 2011. We design experiential learning for HR and L&D teams, which in practice means programmes where people learn by doing something together and then talk honestly about what happened. Much of our work is team building and gamification. Our signature simulations, Project Streamline, Kailash Odyssey and Coffee Traders, put teams in situations close to real work, like making calls under pressure or negotiating with teams who remember how they were treated last round. We spend most of our energy on the debrief, because that's where a game turns into something people do differently at work. We also run Emergenetics profiling and workshops, which help teams understand how each person prefers to think and behave. Our Director of Client Solutions and Principal Trainer, Andy Pan, has run training programmes for 16+ years and facilitated over 1,000 of them, and he still delivers most of our workshops himself. Good sessions fade fast once people are back at their desks, so we built Ripprl, our employee-learning app. It sends short, gamified modules to staff on their phones and gives HR clear completion and score reports.
