Ridgewood is the largest single-town school system in Bergen County. The district comprises ten schools: one preschool, six elementary schools (K-5), two middle schools (6-8), and one high school (9-12). Instruction and school services are provided by approximately 620 contracted employees, and 78% of the district's teachers possess a master’s degree or higher.
