RichSmith Development Information

RichSmith Development, LLC was co-founded by Arby Smith and Keith Richardson. RichSmith Development is primarily involved in the development of multi-family, single-family, and senior housing. We specialize in every aspect of the location, development, and operation of apartment communities. We currently have thirty-nine communities in various stages of development. We have also served as Consultant for twenty-one additional communities. A major part of a successful apartment community is having a good location. We spend several months each year searching for and acquiring prime real estate for the development of new communities. We strive in the creation and growth of this company to place team members in positions that benefit the company and each of our developments to the fullest. We have many professionals as in-house staff to take care of our development needs. In addition to these professionals, we have an exceptional support staff that works to enhance the attention-to-detail and personal touch that we instill in each of our projects.
