RICHARDS & ROBBINS is a 60 year old privately held real estate investment firm specializing in the investment, development, and management of Industrial, Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate. We deal principal to principal, but we will protect brokers. The three principals, David Richards, Philip Richards and Eric Robbins collectively have over 100 years of experience in the Real Estate field. Our management philosophy is focused on Tenant satisfaction and Tenant retention. Through quick, “hands-on” response to our Tenant’s needs, we are able to establish and maintain long term relationships that are benefitial to all. Upkeep, curb appeal and preventative maintenance are of utmost importance as well. The management of all real estate operations is performed in-house under the direct supervision of the principals. The RICHARDS & ROBBINS real estate portfolio currently consists of nearly 1,400,000 square feet of multi-tenant Commercial property, and over 1,000 apartment homes.
