The Law Offices of Richard Rosen specializes in defending people accused of committing criminal offenses. We are a criminal defense law firm. It is conveniently located across the street from the Monterey County Courthouse, a five-minute drive from the Monterey County Jail. We appear in state court, on adult and juvenile cases.
