Services include: property management, whole building engineering, full accounting services, cost saving planning and property improvement, long term building financial analysis and management. Getz Associates manages many of Harvard Square’s buildings and Cambridge residential complexes with such national tenants as Urban Outfitters, Origins, Bertucci’s, the Tannery, Crema Cafe, Curious George, and others. Our firm manages 1010 Memorial Drive which is 20 story residential co-operative overlooking the Charles River, in addition to offices, condos, apartments, mixed use and single-family homes throughout greater Boston.
