Our goal is to support informed decision-making for seniors to maintain their independence. RI Elder Info intentionally provides information in the manner people wish to receive it. RI Elder Info (rielderinfo.com) provides access to comprehensive, expert-curated, multilingual, Federal, State and Local information and resources, creates printable information guides, sends weekly newsletters to 2k+ subscribers, hosts the streaming Friday Friends podcast and hosts “Community Collaborations For Seniors” professional network group. We provide community education, professional trainings, and resource fairs with a focus on the needs of underserved communities. Guided by community feedback we advocate for systems change as a member of Congressman Magaziner’s Advisory Council on Aging, Congressman Amo’s Advisory Group on Aging, Governor's Commission on Aging, EOHHS Olmstead Advisory Group, RI Elder Mental Health and Addictions Coalition, RI Elder Minority Task Force and the Long-Term Care Coordinating Council.
