The Rhonda Walker Foundation was founded in 2003 with a mission to empower inner city teen girls toward be coming strong confident, successful and moral future leaders. Our core program, "Girls into Women" is a five year program for teen girls starting in their 8th grade year and continuing until they graduate from high school. Our teens come together monthly for workshops, seminars, retreats, field trips and camps every month. Each event focuses on career and personal development. We also have a strong mentoring program where every teen is matched with a mentor that will further assist in personal and professional growth.
