Rhode Island Student Loan Authority Information

The self-funded Rhode Island Student Loan Authority (RISLA), has been providing affordable higher education loans since 1981. RISLA also offers students and parents free educational admissions and financial aid assistance through the College Planning Center of Rhode Island and financial literacy guidance at high schools and colleges throughout the State of Rhode Island. RISLA also enables RI employers to reach out to talented students through their dedicated internship website www.bridge.jobs Consistent with the authority granted by the General Assembly of the State of Rhode Island, it is the mission of the Rhode Island Student Loan Authority to provide a system of financial aid and counseling to help make post-secondary education more accessible and affordable for Rhode Island state residents and students attending schools based in Rhode Island.
