After a long career in Catering and at the helm of Rational and Electrolux. Andrew saw the need to make changes in how we operated. This has seen the introduction of a new computerised system for recording and allocating jobs, an emphasis on improved customer care and back up service. Customers are better informed about the status of their jobs and there are much improved first time fix rates. This has resulted in an increase of customer base by 30% in the last 18 months. We have recently moved offices to reflect the changing emphasis of our business, we undertook the refurbishment of the new site in house, and our gallery photographs details the work involved.
