RG Foundation Information

RG Foundation is a new grant giving body being set up by global employee engagement business Reward Gateway. Our mission is to make the world a better, fairer and safer place to work. We imagine a world where people can work safely, with fairness and equality, a world where people can go to work and put their creativity and passion to good use. We are focusing our resources on helping people and organisations that fall into one of these three categories: - Women empowerment and equality - Minority groups and youth entrepeneurship - People returning to work after a break By supporting these areas, we believe more people will find purpose in their working life, fulfil their potential and support themselves and their families better. Ultimately, we believe that by giving more people agency and empowerment in their world of work, we will create a fairer, more prosperous global society. Whilst the Foundation develops we are meeting with people and organisations that are already doing great work in the areas we hope to support in order to learn, share and create more awareness.
