We are RFT Services, the repairs, maintenance and facilities business within the Flagship Group. We maintain the homes and support the communities managed by Flagship Homes. We also provide these services to other local authorities and housing associations. We are committed to doing things right for the customer. So we are continuously looking for new ways to improve and streamline our service to them. This involves completing services at their convenience, listening to their needs, empowering our team to eliminate waste, improve processes and streamline the overall service to customers.
