At RFS projects, we provide a stress-free process to guide you through building your first home, investment property or unit development. We have an in-house building designer to assist with your initial concept, and a team of employees to work with you all the way through to handing over the keys! We keep you updated with the next steps at each stage of the build to ensure you always have a little to do, but never too much. To view our overall process, follow the link below. RFS Projects build homes, investment properties, unit developments and commercial projects on the North West Coast of Tasmania. We travel as far as Port Sorell, Latrobe, and Devonport through to Ulverston, Penguin, Burnie and Somerset. We build around 50 homes per year and are one of the most reputable builders on the North West Coast. We believe our success comes from offering a complete package incorporating design, approvals, and construction; having the resources and skills to complete every project on time without ever compromising quality; efficiencies from the use of the best equipment and techniques available; and access to the best subcontractors available. We enjoy the challenge of designing and building commercial projects and can facilitate the entire process from concept to completion.
