Redesigning Financial Services is an independent think tank founded by the Institute for Customer Insight at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), the Institute for Technology and Innovation Management at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), and EY. The RFS mission is to accelerate the structural transformation in the financial services industry in the interests of the customer. In efforts to identify opportunities arising from the structural transformation, RFS researchers have defined eight key research clusters: Credit & Lending, Payments, Cryptocurrencies, Wealth Advice, Digital Capital Markets, RegTech, InsurTech and Innovations for Social Impact.
