RF Integration is a leading product development and fabless IC company located north of Boston in Billerica MA. Incorporated in 1999, its primary products and services include; Full turn key product development and supply of RF and wirelesso systems and modules, RFIC’s or mixed signal IC’s with significant RF content, RF IP blocks for integration into third party SoC’s. RF Integration develops complex wireless solutions including radio semiconductor-based solutions starting from a total systems perspective. The company has delivered numerous RF products and has a silicon proven IP library for radio applications. RF Integration has experience in SiGe, RF CMOS, GaAs and SiP technologies with process technologies ranging from 250nm to 65nm. Over the years, it has released many products to full production and has developed silicon verified IP at many of the world’s leading foundries. In 2007 RF Integration was a recipient of the prestigious Beacon Award from IBM in recognition of its track record of successful RF development.
