RF Eclipse Limited (Eclipse Prudent Mortgage Corporation) is a commercial mortgage originator and was established in 1999. In 2016, Eclipse was acquired by RF Capital and has since strengthened the Board, Credit Committee and management. Loan amounts can range from $1m to $25m and can cover construction, development loans and residual stock loans. Loan tenors range from six months to three years with a maximum LVR of 65%. RF Capital is an alternative asset manager with global capabilities in real estate, credit, hedge fund management and hedge fund advisory across Australia, UK/Europe and the Middle East.
