Dynamic Construction Services (DCS) is a family owned and operated general contracting and construction services company headquartered in New York City. Founded by industry veteran Ken Stubbolo, a native New Yorker with over 30 years experience in general construction and real estate development, DCS specializes in commercial interiors throughout the New York Metropolitan area. A New York company through and through, our local roots and first-hand market intel enables us to navigate through commonly faced project complexities and local nuances that arise, allowing us to always be quick on our feet in times of need. Founded in 1998 in St. Louis, Missouri by Tom McLaughlin, P.E., and Nelson Grumney, Jr., Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. was established with the goal of providing personalized service for every client, no matter the size or scope of the project. Pinnacle offers full-service general contracting for owners and developers in commercial, educational, health care, multi-family, senior living, industrial, leisure, office, retail, and historic renovation categories.
