Having validated demand in 2021 we are launching the new Reztorer marketplace in 2022 where we will seamlessly connect customers with restoration and repair professionals. Customers simply upload a few photos of the item and a brief description of the problem. Restoration and repair professionals are then able to provide a quote for the work needed. Once the customer has chosen a professional Reztorer holds the payment until the job is complete for everyone's peace of mind. Finding a professional and understanding the costs used to take days. It can now take minutes. Our first restoration and repair vertical is furniture given that over 22 million pieces of furniture make their way to landfills each year in the U.K. However this is just the start as we will ultimately provide restoration and repair services for a variety of items.
