We are one of the fastest-growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) operators in Central and Eastern Europe and the master franchisee of the Burger King and Popeyes brands. Our network currently includes over 160 locations in Poland, Czechia and Romania. Burger King is one of the world’s largest quick-service restaurant chains, known primarily for its flame-grilled burgers, including its flagship Whopper. Popeyes is a global QSR brand specializing in Louisiana-inspired cuisine, known for its distinctive 12-hour marinated chicken in a crispy coating and distinctive flavours. Both brands’ offerings are based on affordability, customer convenience, and innovation. In addition to operating our own restaurants, we also franchise Burger King restaurants to third parties. Apart from our own restaurants, the chain includes 96 restaurants operated by independent sub-franchisees under the Burger King brand in Poland, Czechia and Romania. The group was founded in 2022 by experienced industry professionals Olgierd Danielewicz and Peter Kaineder (former AmRest managers), in cooperation with Henry McGovern (founder of AmRest) and Steven K. Winegar (founder of Restauravia Grupo Empresarial).
